Sannmerk — a Northken product

Sannmerk brings together the identity, history, price and provenance of consumer products. A Northken product, connected to Rankstead's company registry.
What we do
A barcode alone says nothing. Sannmerk attaches a stable identity to it: which product, which variant, which quantity, which brand, which company behind it. Then we keep the history: observed prices, format changes, recalls. Every displayed fact points back to the source that produced it and the date it was observed.
What we don't do
We don't rate products. We don't call a price a rip-off. We give no medical or nutritional advice. When data is insufficient to conclude, we say so rather than invent a score. A price observation is a dated fact, not an availability guarantee.
Our link with Rankstead
Companies are never duplicated. A product's manufacturer, brand owner, importer and distributor all point to the same record in the canonical registry operated by Rankstead. A product cannot exist in Sannmerk without being attached to at least one company in that registry.
