GTIN formats and commercial observations

A GTIN is published only when a source page explicitly links the code to the regulated product. Prices, sellers and availability are dated observations from merchant pages; Sannmerk claims no implicit open licence over them. Every offer retains its URL and collection date. GS1 remains the GTIN standards authority; its services are neither scraped nor circumvented.

Open Food Facts

Community source accepted for future GTIN and food enrichment under the Open Database Licence (ODbL 1.0). Records from this source are identified accordingly. Data and licence: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/data

Sannmerk's derived, redistributable database is offered under ODbL 1.0: attribution, share-alike and continued openness of the derived database. What regulatory evidence does not prove

A product licence or company registration proves a regulatory identity at a given date. By itself it does not prove the manufacturing site, raw-material origin, contract manufacturer, actual distributor or current in-store availability. These links remain marked “unproven” until an explicit source is added.

Corrections and history

An error can be reported at any time. A correction adds a new dated observation without erasing the historical source. Sannmerk and Rankstead are neither endorsed nor sponsored by the governments cited.
