Compliance
For regulators and compliance officers
Sannmerk redistributes open Canadian data. This page describes the chain of custody, licences, sync status, and the official path to report a problematic entry.
Chain of custody
Every identifier published on Sannmerk comes from an official source. We do not generate or alter identifiers (DIN, NPN, GTIN). Observed prices are kept separate from identifiers and are marked as market observations.
Sources and licences
Products come from government sources under the Open Government Licence — Canada (DPD, LNHPD). Each source has a canonical URL, an explicit licence, and a retrieval date visible per product card. Sync status is exposed via /v1/sannmerk/observatory.
Report a product or a brand
To report a product, a brand, or an inaccurate entry, use /contact?intent=correction. We acknowledge within 24 hours and fix the upstream source when needed. For formal requests, write to [email protected].
Who operates Sannmerk
Sannmerk is operated by Northken Inc., a Quebec corporation. The service is provided as-is, with no medical advice. No health decision should be made on the basis of this service without consulting a licensed professional.
